The CMFF Adoption Process

• If you have inquiries about our cats and kittens prior to adoption, please contact us!
• Complete the required adoption application.  https://form.jotform.com/rowancats/cmffadoptionapp
• Your application will be reviewed as quickly as possible.  We may phone you if we need more information.
• Upon approval, meet your cat or kitten to complete the adoption process!
• Sign the adoption contract.
• Take your new cat or kitten home!
